Ideas need time. Do not permanently focus on one problem. This is not how creativity can flow freely. You should seek distractions and break away from the daily routine.

Great ideas only come about from the interaction of many small inspirations. The Eureka! moment as the birth of an outstanding idea is therefore the exception.
